Who We Are

We provide physical and financial support to Christian ministries who equip and empower families in the world’s under resourced communities.

How We Started

​

In 2007, the Lord laid on Steve’s heart the desire to financially support ministries from across the world that efficiently and effectively provide physical and spiritual assistance, teaching, training and discipleship to the world’s under-resourced. His desire to bring hope to the hopeless and his passion for strategic financial development led him to consider starting a nonprofit that would enable him to give more and invite others to join him.

Then, in 2012, an investor from Steve’s for-profit real estate investment business began using his profits to build a church in South East Asia and support other ministries. This creative way of financially supporting ministries greatly appealed to Steve and deepened his desire to launch his own nonprofit organization. His desire was not only to be able to financially partner with and support ministries around the world: Steve wanted to provide a platform for others to join him in his mission of renewing the hope of the world’s most needy through ministry partnership.

After much prayer, Renewing Hope International was formed: choosing a name, clarifying a vision, and setting a plan in motion to build the organization. In the fall of 2016, the team met and formed a relationship with our first ministry partner.

Now, in 2024, we partner with six different ministries, in six different countries, across multiple continents! We are thrilled to be able to meet real needs through ministry partnership and look forward to what God has in store in the coming years. We invite you to join us!
